The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. The room was a nice size, immaculate, and had a large bed. It also had a window view, a well-equipped bathroom, and smoke detectors for guest safety. The services were decent, and it offered excellent value.

The rooms were super clean and spacious, each having two beds - perfect for families or friends traveling together. The location was great, especially for strolling around Meydenbauer Center 🚶‍♂️.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Bellevue. With its great location, it's the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, whether you're traveling with a companion and need two beds, or prefer the luxurious whirlpool tub in the king room. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the basic amenities provided make it excellent value for money.

Pillows were very comfy.

I didn't like paying for parking and our room was the farthest away from elevator. Our view was an apartment building looking down to a street full of dumpsters. Glad it wasn't Trash day.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Bellevue and a variety of great restaurants. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to John Howie Steak, which was just a five-minute stroll away.

The room was pretty clean but it seems as thought area between the night stand and bed was not cleaned as I found garbage which was left behind by the previous guests

My daughter and I enjoyed our overnight stay at Courtyard. The location is excellent with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, and parks. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room with a comfortable queen bed and pull-out couch was cozy and clean. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The check-in/out process was quick and hassle-free.
